We are so happy to announce that Plonova Dance (Daniela Zambrano) will be taking part in Sydney Sacred Music Festival as one of the choreographic directors for the performance “Balthazar”.

Balthazar is the first performance born from “In The Blood Collective”, formed of artists of African and Latin background that have come together to create works using their talents in musical, visual and choreographic art forms. Learn more at:

Sylvia Zambrano talking about the Music Industry at the Festival Australian Music Week

Last year, 2017, Sylvia Zambrano from ZZ was one of the delegates at the Australian Music Week, presenting a conference about the Latin American markets for the music industry. We were so happy to be able to share what an amazing industry we have on the other side of the world and the opportunities that exist there for Australian artists! In this Technical class we will explore the body as an instrument of risk, agility and dynamic movement. We will combine these explorations to create a compact and fluid body, working with important key principles from latin contemporary technique to end with a choreography full of music, passion and art!!
This class is open for everyone. All levels!

Australian Catholic Festival

Being the largest Catholic Festival in Australia commemorating Saint Mary, Plonova Dance will be presenting a mix of different performances such as contemporary Afro and typical dances from Colombia to the Hispanic Community of New South Wales this Sunday 13 of August 2017, starting at 9:30am through to 4:00pm. 136 Hyatts Rd, Plumpton NSW 2761.

It will be a beautiful celebration to share with family, enjoying community prayers with the special guest Bishop Mariano Parra S. from Venezuela, and in support our Venezuelan brothers from the other side of the world. We will pray for them.

Zambrano Zambrano to Partnership with Palace Cinemas for the Opening of Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival in Sydney

HOT DOCS, the most popular documentary film festival in North America, is coming to Australia in June to bring an exclusive array of outstanding and high quality international and local documentaries.

ZAMBRANOZAMBRANO, will be part of the festival’s opening night at Palace Verona in Sydney on 21st June, featuring a performance by Plonova Dance which explores the magic, beauty and artistry of Burlesque.

The perfomance will be followed by the screening of the the award-winner League of the Exotic Dancers, which pays tribute to the golden heyday of the age of Burlesque, seen through the eyes, legs and swiveling hips of some of the sassiest, sauciest characters ever to grace its stages.

LOVE DRUNK HEARTS to play at the opening of the new Nick Cave documentary

Influential Australian musician, singer-songwriter, author, screenwriter, composer and occasional actor Nick Cave a big artist who has been the inspiration of the director Andrew Dominik who is presenting his new documentary in conjunction with the new Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds album “Skeleton Tree” in September.

Due to popular demand, Palace Cinemas have added a one night only screening of the new documentary One More Time With Feeling.
LOVE DRUNK HEARTS, who released their first single She’s a Fox a few weeks ago, are pleased to be part of this wonderful night of music and are playing a special set with a nod to one of the pillars of gothic rock.
